Pro Realty Invest, Inc (we, us) buys houses directly from homeowners in Hampton Roads, Virginia. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, prorealtyinvest.com, and to forms you submit to us on Facebook and Instagram.
Information we collect
When you fill out one of our forms, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, and your answers about the property and your timeline. When you call, text or email us, we keep a record of that conversation.
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, the pages you view and the ad that brought you to us, using cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel.
How we use your information
- To call, text or email you about selling your property, and to prepare and explain an offer.
- To keep track of our conversations with you, so you do not have to repeat yourself.
- To understand which of our ads and pages are useful, and to improve them.
- To meet legal obligations and protect against fraud.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Text messages and calls
If you check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree that Pro Realty Invest, Inc may call and text you at the number you provided, including with automated technology, about your property. Consent is not a condition of any sale. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop text messages, or HELP for help. No sharing of mobile information. We do not share your mobile phone number or your text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the messaging providers that deliver our texts for us.
How we share information
We share your information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as the companies that host our website and customer records and that deliver our emails and text messages. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to complete a sale you agree to (for example, with a title company or closing attorney).
If you submit a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta also processes that information under its own privacy policy.

We limit access to the people on our team who need it and use reasonable technical safeguards. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your choices

Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
