How does the process work to sell my house?
Fill out the form or call us. One of our specialists will contact you shortly. We research your property and discuss the details with you. We may be able to make you an offer over the phone; in most cases we schedule a time to see the house and make you an offer.
What sort of houses do you buy?
Houses in any condition, in any area, in any price range, in any situation: foreclosure, over-leveraged, liens or code violations, fire damage, never maintained or about to fall down. We buy as-is; you don’t need to do any repairs.
Are you Realtors?
No. We are a real estate investment and solutions company that buys houses directly. There is never a charge or a commission when we buy your property. If listing is the best solution for you, we will connect you with a recommended licensed agent.
What will your service cost me?
Nothing. We do not charge any fees to discuss your situation, make you an offer or buy your home. We also pay the closing costs.
Am I under any obligation if I fill out the form?
No. We review the information and make you an offer. You choose to accept or reject it.
How fast can you close?
In as little as 10–14 days. If you need more time to move, we close on the date you choose.
Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely. Any information you provide is completely confidential.

Are the homes renovated?
Yes. Every home we sell has been through our own renovation: kitchen, baths, systems, finishes.
Can you help me get pre-qualified?
Yes. Pre-qualification tells you the price range you can afford and shows sellers you are serious. We can arrange it for you at no cost.
Can I see a home before it is listed?
Often, yes. Tell us what you are looking for and we will let you know when something fits.
Do you pay a referral fee?
Yes. Know a vacant house on your street, or someone who needs to sell? Refer them to us and we will do the research and make an offer. In some cases we pay a referral fee; call us to discuss the terms.
I’m an investor. Do you work with investors?
Yes. We have access to wholesale deals in the Hampton Roads area and work with private lenders on our renovations. Call us to learn more.
